Base ring and one wall ring will bolt to top of the circular skirt on a concrete curb.  Roof of school is covered with rubber membrane  material. Dome support ring sits on the ball bearing rollers in top of base ring.  One dome half (two quads bolted together) is in place, the other ready to go.
View through the dome before rear cover is bolted to the rear slot edges.  Coiled cables on outside of dome are part of wind restraint system. Preparing the rear cover for installation.  Note that the electric shutter motor has already been bolted to inside surface.
